Serviced Accommodation Occupation Licence — Summary

This is a licence to occupy serviced accommodation for the dates booked. It does not create a tenancy or assured shorthold tenancy, and does not grant exclusive possession.

The owner provides cleaning, linen, utilities, Wi-Fi and maintenance, and retains the right to access the property for these services and management.

The monthly rent is paid in advance and is all-inclusive — utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning and linen are covered, with no separate cleaning fee or deposit.

The licence ends on the booked end date. You confirm your main home is elsewhere and that you occupy the property only temporarily for work.
